The Fork Lift Operator plays a critical role in the efficient operation of warehouse and distribution centers by safely and accurately moving materials and products using forklift equipment. Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.</li><li>
Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and material handling procedures.</li><li>
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.</li></ul>

Experience with different types of forklifts.</li><li>
Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials and products within the warehouse or distribution center.</li><li>
Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.</li><li>
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>
Coordinate with warehouse team members to organize inventory and ensure accurate placement of goods.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to support efficient operations.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow, equipment issues, and safety concerns.</li></ul>
