Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Designer / Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. This is a commission driven position, offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.</li><li>
Provide detailed information and recommendations on our furniture and home decor products.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.</li><li>
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.</li><li>
Assist customers with the selection and purchase of furniture, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.</li><li>
Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and inventory changes.</li><li>
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.</li><li>
Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and training sessions.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture or retail environments.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.</li><li>
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by financial incentives.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or interior design is a plus.</li></ul>
