* Maintaining the record of all the company documents &amp; file Such as (VAT, PO, Quotation,.... )* Prepare shipping documents like proforma invoice, invoice, packing list, delivery note ect., as per customs rules &amp; regulations for the export shipments.* Co-ordinating with freight forwarders on all import, export &amp; cross trade shipments* Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access,etc.,* Placing orders of different products with different suppliers &amp; request for the order confirmations.* Responsible for GCC visa processing.* Managed a wide range of administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling andcorrespondence handling.* Coordinated international shipping operations, ensuring the smooth import and export ofgoods.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
