High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
1 or more years' phlebotomy experience working in a clinical / hospital environment</li><li>
Current or prior LabCorp experience</li></ul>
Additional Job Standards:<ul><li>
In lieu of work experience, a phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency</li><li>
Able to pass a standardized color blindness test</li><li>
Flexibility to work overtime as needed</li><li>
Able to work in a fast paced / high volume work environment</li><li>
Be 21 years of age or older</li><li>
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>
Exceptional customer service</li><li>
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal</li><li>
Ability to work independently or in a team environment</li><li>
Comfortable working under minimal supervision</li></ul>
This role will work in our client's office setting to provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
