We&rsquo;re looking for a Manager of Digital Content and Strategy to join our marketing team. This person will help develop, manage, edit, and operationalize our overarching B2B2C digital content strategy that reflects our go-to-market initiatives, marketing campaigns for consumer and enterprise audiences, and aligns to business revenue goals. You&rsquo;ll help to build the brand voice and content execution for Ovia&rsquo;s direct-to-member marketing strategies, including enrollment and engagement, social media strategy, and help elevate and shape the voice and tone of content within our leading women&rsquo;s health platform. The ideal candidate excels at crisp storytelling; efficient editing, brand differentiation via voice, vocabulary, and tone; and can measure results and pivot based on results.
What you will do<ul><li>
Collaborate, develop, and operationalize our B2B2C content strategy, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity, mission, and overall business goals.</li><li>
Plan, produce, and publish engaging, thoughtful, and story-centric content across B2B and B2C channels, including member marketing campaigns, social media, in-app, thought leadership and other key audience channels.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Design, Clinical and Product teams to amplify our brand story, campaigns, and product launches.</li><li>
Lead the review and approval of content written by the internal team and contributors to ensure brand integrity and consistency, providing any copyediting and act as the final approval prior to publication.</li><li>
In partnership with the Director of Brand, serve as a brand voice SME by establishing editorial standards to ensure consistent and successful brand voice application and execution, including updating and codifying the brand style guide.</li><li>
Audit and update existing content for voice and the latest clinical guidance and recommendations, and source new relevant in-app content.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and optimize social media and campaign performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and content effectiveness.</li><li>
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains innovative and impactful.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally in content planning, creative and strategy discussions, ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and appropriately differentiated across channels and audiences.</li><li>
Review, update and lead the process for ongoing content audits, new high-level content projects, and content development.</li></ul>
What we require:
Education: a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related field<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years experience in a content, brand, editorial, social media, or similar marketing role in a B2B, B2C, or B2B2C industry (ideally healthcare, tech health, women&rsquo;s health, and/or a women&rsquo;s centered brand).</li><li>
Experience and a demonstrated ability to craft compelling content strategies and content for different audiences, including B2B decision makers, end-users, health plan members and benefit enrollees while adhering to a brand&rsquo;s tonality</li><li>
Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion</li><li>
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus</li><li>
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and analytical skills to guide strategic decisions. Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data segmentation</li></ul>
Soft skills: Expert collaboration, adept story-telling, team mentality, analytical mindset, self-organized, works with autonomy where able
Technical skills:<ul><li>
Familiarity or expertise in: Wordpress (CRM); Google suite, (Google docs, Slides, Sheet, Forms), Microsoft tools (Sharepoint, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word), strong understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels.</li><li>
Experience with Asana, Sprout Social, Appsflyer, Google Ad Manager, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI) use and oversight is an added bonus</li></ul>

Pay Range: $110,000 - $135,000
All job offers will be based on a candidate&rsquo;s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Position Summary:
You will be working alongside the design and product teams to create delightful customer experiences that drive measurable business impact. Designing brand-defining experiences based on user needs for a range of customer-facing products and services. This position collaborates with project teams and engineering to be the voice of the user and to define the next generation of our digital presence.
Principal Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead efforts to design brand-defining digital products, marketing emails, in-house communications, and other digital collateral that is consistent with our brand image and, most critically, informed by business results and customer insights.</li><li>
Proactively push our design practice and approach forward by nurturing new ideas from concept to execution along with your creative peers</li><li>
Foster a healthy culture of design criticism and learning by having an active voice in cross-functional design reviews.</li><li>
Interact with Product owners to understand business needs</li><li>
Leverage existing data and customer trends to inform UX recommendations</li><li>
Analyze customer insight research and usability activities to understand existing challenges, inform strategic and creative direction&mdash;including user research, user testing and customer journey mapping&mdash;to make strategic recommendations that will advance our experiences</li><li>
Create wireframes and prototypes, lead user testing exercises and document UX design recommendations</li><li>
Contribute to presentations, delivering strategic UX recommendations with confidence and conviction</li><li>
Work closely with the technical team to implement UI solutions and ensure the technology executes on the vision and requirements</li><li>
Evaluate and identify UX improvements within existing products/platforms and provide design solutions</li><li>
Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment while continually striving to iterate on and improve the creative process.</li></ul>
Job Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree</li><li>
5yrs of relevant UX/UI design experience</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions within a complex business environment, similar to, if not within, the healthcare or insurance services industry</li><li>
Hands-on experience guiding team members and stakeholders through your vision and UX strategies</li><li>
Ability to clearly articulate goals and UX decisions and know how to use data and research to back up your work.</li><li>
Ability to interpret, translate, and extend existing brand guidelines in the context of developing creative assets.</li><li>
Experience working in ad agency or corporate environment and highly knowledgeable about new and emerging digital technologies and trends</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to produce UX Design work and present design solutions based on business strategy and user needs</li><li>
Experience leading user testing and prototyping</li><li>
Working knowledge of UX tools such as, Sketch, Invision, Figma, Adobe and UserZoom</li><li>
Strengths: User-centered design, UI design, and visual design</li><li>
Front-end development skills are a plus</li><li>
Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and manage multiple task</li></ul>
