About the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3&ndash;4 years of proven experience in creating engaging and impactful visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Create brand visuals including logos, brochures, posters, banners, and product packaging.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, content, and web teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.</li><li>Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design consistency.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in a professional design role.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong creative thinking, layout, and typography skills.</li><li>Experience with social media creatives, digital marketing assets, and brand design.</li><li>Video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Hybrid work setup (office + remote flexibility).</li><li>Friendly and collaborative team environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse creative projects.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;10,364.46 - &#8377;36,293.60 per monthExpected hours: 25 per weekWork Location: In person
