 Missions
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 Marketing Trainee
 
 to support the new established subsidiary of Laboratoires SVR in T&uuml;rkiye.
 
 
 As a Marketing Trainee, you will support both the Product Management and Digital Marketing teams in the daily operations and execution of marketing activities, reporting to the Marketing Director.
 
 
 1. Product Marketing Support
 
 
 - Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans for product launches and campaigns.
 
 
 - Support market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend tracking.
 
 
 - Collaborate on the preparation of marketing materials (brochures, visuals, POS, training tools).
 
 
 - Help coordinate communication between product, sales, and supply chain teams.
 
 
 - Assist in monitoring sales and performance KPIs for assigned categories.
 
 
 2. Digital Marketing &amp; Communication
 
 
 - Support the execution of social media and digital campaigns (content creation, influencer collaborations, paid media follow-up).
 
 
 - Help manage e-commerce content and product listings across digital platforms.
 
 
 - Participate in content planning and localization for social media, newsletters, and CRM activities.
 
 
 - Analyze online performance data and consumer feedback to improve engagement and reach.
 
 
 3. Cross-functional Collaboration
 
 
 - Support working with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
 
 
 - Participate in product training and internal marketing meetings.
 
 
 - Contribute to the coordination of brand activations, events, and campaign launches.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile &amp; Key Qualifications
 
 
 
 - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
 
 
 - Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and digital communication.
 
 
 - Strong organizational and communication skills.
 
 
 - Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
 
 
 - Fluent in English and Turkish (French is a plus).
 
 
 - Previous internship experiences in an international company is a plus
 
 
 - Good command of MS Office and digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
