ENGIE Laborelec Middle East is looking for a Technical Solutions Business Developer to support our commercial growth and energy transition ambitions in the UAE and key Asian markets. In this new role, you ll help diversify our customer base across the UAE (excluding KSA) and key Asian countries (Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam). You will leverage your technical background to develop long-term client relationships and co-create solutions across diverse industrial and utility sectors, including power generation, Oil & Gas, and desalination. You will join a passionate team of experts in Dubai and report directly to the Regional Head of Sales. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Technical Solutions Business Developer <ul><li>Actively acquire new customers by developing trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in utilities and Oil & Gas, and initiating strategic conversations that lead to new opportunities.</li><li>Lead conversations with decision makers to uncover operational pain points and translate these into actionable input for internal experts, ensuring all proposals align with customer objectives and constraints.</li><li>Co-create tailored technical solutions in close collaboration with Laborelec s subject matter experts, acting as the customer s voice throughout the solution design process.</li><li>Promote long-term value by prioritizing sustainable partnerships over short-term wins and by delivering solutions with real business impact.</li><li>Position and promote Laborelec s services like Asset Management, Boilers & HRSG, Root Cause Analysis, Vibration Monitoring, Desalination & RO, Condition Monitoring, and Battery Storage across the region.</li><li>Manage the entire commercial process from prospecting to contract negotiation. </li></ul>Are you ready to drive technical innovation and shape the future of energy in the Middle East?
