Key Responsibilities:HR Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.</li><li>Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing support.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR documentation</li></ul>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.</li><li>Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and induction programs.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, portals, and internal stakeholders for hiring needs.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Grievance Handling<ul><li>Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns</li><li>Handle grievances professionally with proper documentation and follow-ups</li><li>Support management in maintaining a positive and disciplined work culture</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Culture<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives</li><li>Support training coordination and internal communication</li><li>Promote a respectful, professional, and structured workplace environment</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian HR practices</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience into every module of HR</li><li>Hands-on recruitment and onboarding experience</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and maturity</li><li>Process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach</li></ul>Interested candidates can mail their resume at hr@axepertexhibits.com or call at 9211659314Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>1.
