Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in accounting processes, inventory tracking, and documentation while working closely with the accounts department.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries</li><li>Support inventory tracking and reconciliation using inventory management software</li><li>Prepare and manage challans, invoices, and other accounting documents</li><li>Assist with data entry, ledger maintenance, and basic bookkeeping tasks</li><li>Coordinate with stores, sales, and logistics teams for inventory-related documentation</li><li>Help with audits, stock verification, and monthly reports</li><li>Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles</li><li>Experience or familiarity with inventory management software</li><li>Ability to create and manage challans accurately</li><li>Proficiency in Tally software, MS Excel and basic computer applications</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and inventory control processes</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) is a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
