Leadership &amp; Strategy1. Develop and implement strategies for Administration, Security &amp; Safety, and Procurement aligned with the school&rsquo;s vision and strategic plan.2. Lead annual planning and budgeting for all three functions, with specific focus on manpower budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability.3. Establish team and operational KPIs derived from the strategic plan, annual objectives, and personal KPIs, and monitor progress regularly.Central Administration4. Provide HO-level support and direction to campus administrators and principals in managing school operations.5. Supervise the Head Office Administration team, ensuring smooth delivery of office administration, facilities management, transport coordination, custodial services, and asset management.6. Facilitate consistent processes and policies across campuses, ensuring operational efficiency and standardization.Infrastructure Development &amp; Growth7. Oversee civil works, renovations, and new site development managed by HO, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively to support institutional growth. This includes assessing future capacity needs, aligning infrastructure development with strategic expansion goals, coordinating with architects and contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met to create safe, functional, and sustainable learning environments.8. Lead or support management-driven projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.Procurement9. Supervise the procurement cycle: planning, vendor evaluation, negotiations, contracts, and timely execution.10. Ensure that all purchases deliver quality and cost-effective solutions in line with institutional needs and budgets.11. Review periodic vendor assessments and approve key procurement decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.12. Oversee compliance with procurement policies, standardized processes, and audit requirements.13. Provide direction and support to the procurement team in managing vendor relationships and operational execution.Security &amp; Safety14. Provide direction and oversight for safety and security policies across campuses.15. Ensure safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and crisis response plans are developed centrally and effectively implemented by campuses.16. Monitor compliance and provide support/training to school-level security teams.Government &amp; Legal CoordinationLiaise with relevant government bodies and regulatory authorities to support compliance and smooth school operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs235,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
