Built around confidence, self-love, and modern femininity, the brand blends trend-driven design with strong digital storytelling and online merchandising to create a polished customer experience.About the RoleLacelove is seeking a part-time Social Media &amp; E-Commerce Assistant to support daily digital marketing and online merchandising efforts. This role is focused on helping strengthen the brand's social media presence, support creator outreach, assist with content execution, and maintain a polished and visually consistent online store.This position will work closely with the Founder on content research, creator sourcing, outreach, digital asset updates, and merchandising support. It is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, social media, and e-commerce.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Research social media trends, content ideas, and creator opportunities relevant to the brand.</li><li>Support content planning, scheduling, and organization for social media campaigns.</li><li>Conduct daily creator and influencer outreach to support partnership and content collaborationefforts.</li><li>Assist with creator research and shortlist talent aligned with the brand aesthetic.</li><li>Help monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, visibility,and conversion.</li><li>Edit and prepare digital assets in Canva and Adobe Photoshop based on provided creative direction.</li><li>Assist with updating product listings, collections, imagery, and on-site content.</li><li>Review product pages and merchandising elements for accuracy, consistency, and visual presentation.</li><li>Conduct competitor and trend research across social media and e-commerce channels.</li><li>Organize findings, ideas, and recommendations for internal review.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, merchandisingsupport, content coordination, or assistant-level support preferred.</li><li>Strong interest in fashion, social media, and online brand building.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Comfortable working independently while taking direction and feedback well.</li><li>Must submit a digital portfolio showcasing relevant visual work in fashion, merchandising, contentcreation, or related creative projects.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.</li><li>Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.</li><li>Interest in fashion, lingerie, beauty, or lifestyle brands.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Social media support is organized, timely, and aligned with the brand.</li><li>Creator outreach is consistent, professional, and well-tracked.</li><li>Creator shortlists are relevant and on-brand.</li><li>Product listings and merchandising updates are accurate and visually consistent.</li><li>Trend and competitor research is clear, useful, and actionable.</li><li>Day-to-day support helps improve workflow efficiency and brand execution.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a digital portfolio that includes relevant visual work in fashion, merchandising, content creation, or related creative projects.Pay: $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Livingston, NJ 07039 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Livingston, NJ 07039
