 As part of our expanding operations in the Middle East region, we are seeking a
 
 HORECA Marketing Manager
 
 to join our dynamic team. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1.Product Development &amp; Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the development of new products tailored for the HORECA sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee P&amp;L, sales forecasts, and actuals, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2.Branding &amp; Packaging:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement branding strategies that resonate with target markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with design teams for effective packaging solutions that enhance product appeal.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3.Exhibition &amp; Events Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize dedicated events to engage clients and promote new offerings.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4.Client Engagement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Meet with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5.Market Research &amp; Analysis:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in marketing management within the HORECA sector or related industries (min 4 years).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of P&amp;L management, sales forecasting, and product lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in market research and analysis tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in NPD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English speaker (Arabic is a plus).
 </li>
