 As part of our expanding operations in the Middle East region, we are seeking a
 
 Retail Sales Manager
 
 to join our dynamic team. Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement the retail sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead negotiations and business planning with major retail chains ( Panda, Danube, Tamimi, Othaim, Nesto, and Lulu).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and coach regional sales teams and distributor partners to deliver performance targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor sales performance, trade investments, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure strong in-store execution and profitability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8&ndash;10 years of FMCG sales experience in KSA, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong track record managing modern trade and traditional trade channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within the Kingdom.
 </li>
