 Position Title:
 
 Physician Assistant (PA) &ndash; On-Site Medical Services

 Columbia Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center (JCCC), Moses Lake, WA
 
 
 
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct intake physical examinations, medical assessments, and health histories
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state law and collaborative agreement
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and monitor individualized medical treatment plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide first aid, emergency response, and stabilization as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in Disability Accommodation Committee (DAC) meetings and applicant file reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with mental health, substance abuse, dental, and wellness staff to support integrated care
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the Student Health Record (SHR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and manage medical referrals for specialty and emergency care
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in quality assurance, audits, training, and Job Corps assessments
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide health education and prevention counseling to students
 </li>
 <li>
 Report significant medical issues, incidents, and trends to the Health and Wellness Director and Center Director as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Job Corps PRH, and all applicable federal and state regulations
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in WA
 </li>
 <li>
 Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
 </li>
 <li>
 Formal collaborative agreement with a licensed Physician, in accordance with state scope-of-practice requirements, maintained for the duration of the contract
 </li>
 <li>
 Current DEA registration
 </li>
 <li>
 Current CPR/BLS certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in primary care, family medicine, community health, correctional health, or school-based health
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with adolescents and young adults ages 16&ndash;24
