We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Hairstylist to join our growing team.This role is ideal for a professional hairstylist who is confident, creative, client-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality hair services in a luxury salon environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and blow-dry</li><li>Perform advanced coloring techniques (roots, full color, highlights, balayage, toning)</li><li>Offer expert consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon professionalism</li><li>Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits</li><li>Work collaboratively with the salon team to ensure excellent customer experience</li><li>Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and products</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of professional experience as a hairstylist</li><li>Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments</li><li>Experience working in a ladies&rsquo; salon or premium salon environment</li><li>Good communication skills and professional attitude</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently</li><li>Valid transferable visa in Qatar (preferred)</li><li>Certification or professional training is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Attractive commission structure based on performance</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a well-established beauty brand</li><li>Stable long-term position</li><li>Accommodation and transportation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
