Requirements:<ul><li>Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a fine dining background</li><li>Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) and Arabic speaker</li><li>Mastering techniques of sales and service</li><li>Must be flexible in work location</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer&rsquo;s expectations.</li><li>Guarantee the quality of service</li><li>Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally</li><li>Organizing the welcoming of guests</li><li>Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale</li><li>Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients</li><li>Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.</li><li>Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedure</li><li>Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant</li><li>Participating and/or taking orders, making sure they have been transmitted to the different services concerned</li><li>Guarantying the setting up and the cleaning of tables</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Waiter

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer&rsquo;s expectations.</li><li>Giving advice to the customers with regards to food products</li><li>Ensure efficient and responsible handling of cash.</li><li>Maintain standard setting of the window displays</li><li>Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the restaurant/ outlet.</li><li>Ensure restaurant/ outlet procedures are followed to reduce wastage of food and non- food items.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements.</li><li>Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and to the guest&rsquo;s satisfaction.</li><li>Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role</li><li>Female. Preferably Arabic or Russian speaker.</li><li>Experience from the food retail industry will be an added advantage</li><li>Certification in Food and Beverage/ Hospitality would be an advantage</li><li>Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)</li><li>Flexible to work in any location within UAE</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractExperience:<ul><li>Restaurant Sales Executive: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
