Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of `0-2 years of experience in the same role</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English</li><li>High levels of personal grooming</li><li>Interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry</li><li>Can join immediately</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer&rsquo;s expectations.</li><li>Meet and greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner, and remain attentive throughout their stay.</li><li>Understand and anticipate customer needs, being attentive but not intrusive.</li><li>Take reservations over the telephone by being informative and ensuring that the correct information is provided to guests at their request.</li><li>Seat customers quickly and efficiently ensuring that their specific requirements have been met. Manage guest&rsquo;s expectations regarding waiting time if a suitable table isn&rsquo;t available and keep guests updated on progress.</li><li>Manage the restaurant flow appropriately, including allocation of customers to waiting staff and their sections in the restaurant.</li><li>Assist the waiting staff as appropriate during busy periods without impacting the guest welcome and customer service.</li><li>Have a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and recommend products to customers.</li><li>See the customer to the exit, thank them and invite them to return again.</li><li>Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner, including customer database cards.</li><li>Carry out all additional tasks as requested by management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
