If you&rsquo;re a strategic marketer passionate about digital campaigns, content creation, and community engagement, we want to hear from you!Position OverviewThis role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. 35-40 hours per week with potential for increased responsibilities based on performance.Key Responsibilities&#9989; Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Work with the Marketing Director to implement digital strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Manage campaigns across websites, social media, Google Ads, and content marketing.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.</li></ul>&#9989; Content &amp; Social Media Management<ul><li>Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice through high-quality copywriting.</li><li>Oversee public relations and community engagement efforts.</li></ul>&#9989; Campaign &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Plan, execute, and analyze digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).</li><li>Track performance metrics and optimize strategies.</li><li>Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer relationships.</li></ul>&#9989; SEO &amp; Website Optimization<ul><li>Implement SEO strategies to boost search rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>Collaborate with web developers to improve site performance and user experience.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign success.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and Canva.</li><li>Basic photo and video editing skills (preferred).</li><li>SEO knowledge and implementation experience.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Occasional local travel may be required.</li></ul>What We Offer&#10004; Competitive salary &#10004; Collaborative and supportive work environment &#10004; Professional growth opportunities &#10004; A role in a dynamic and expanding companyHow to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a motivated digital marketing professional, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
