 We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, fast-moving&nbsp;
 
 Content Creator
 
 &nbsp;who can capture and edit real, day-to-day moments at Lafferty Aluminum &amp; Screening and turn them into engaging, story-driven content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
 
 
 This is not a traditional videography role. Think&nbsp;
 
 reality TV style&mdash;but real life.
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be filming installs, team interactions, job site moments, and behind-the-scenes content&mdash;then editing it into short-form videos that feel authentic, entertaining, and native to each platform.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll be in the field, in the office, and in the shop&mdash;telling the story of what we do every day.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Film real, day-to-day content across job sites, office, and shop environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel locally to multiple job sites to capture installs, team moments, and customer interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos for&nbsp;
 
 TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit content in a fast-paced, social-first style (hooks, cuts, captions, trends, pacing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture authentic, unscripted moments that feel natural&mdash;not staged
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow trends, sounds, and formats&mdash;but adapt them to fit our brand and industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with marketing to align content with campaigns, promotions, and goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and manage video files and content library
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience editing&nbsp;
 
 short-form social content
 
 &nbsp;(this matters more than cinematic videography)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to tell a story quickly and keep attention within the first 3 seconds
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable filming in real environments (job sites, outdoors, active installs, team settings)
 </li>
 <li>
 Someone who understands&nbsp;
 
 TikTok/Reels culture, pacing, and trends
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter who can move fast, capture content on the fly, and make decisions independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable interacting with team members and capturing real conversations on camera
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera work (iPhone or camera&mdash;both acceptable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Bonus If You Have
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience creating content for construction, home services, or trades
 </li>
 <li>
 On-camera personality or ability to direct others naturally
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience growing or managing social media accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Drone footage experience
 </li>
