Warm, first-time parents in Costa Mesa are seeking a loving, experienced nanny to care for their newborn. This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys infant care and wants to grow with a family. The home also includes a beloved 2-year-old Goldendoodle, so true dog lovers only.ScheduleStart with 4 days/week in early or mid April to establish routineTransition to 5 days/week by mid-JuneMonday &amp; Friday: 8:00 AM startTuesday&ndash;Thursday: 7:00 AM startApproximately 45 hours/week (final schedule TBD)Responsibilities- Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn- Follow safe sleep practices- Support breastfed and bottle-fed routines- Take baby on walks- Daily updates on feeds, naps, mood, and play- Light child-related household tasks only (tidying baby areas, bottles, toys)Required Qualifications- Newborn / infant experience (0&ndash;6 months)- Infant CPR &amp; First Aid certified- Fully vaccinated (TDAP, flu, COVID)- Calm, patient, nurturing temperament- Strong communication skills- Reliable, punctual, and professional-Comfortable with dogsIdeal Candidate- Warm, loving, and emotionally steady- Open to feedback and collaboration- Proactive and communicative- Seeking a long-term role with one familyTo Apply:This position is represented by Laguna Baby Collective.
