Position: Manager Welfare ProgramsOrganization: Naimat Saleem TrustNaimat Saleem Trust (NST) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social impact across Pakistan. We are seeking a dynamic Manager Welfare Programs to lead, implement, and monitor our social development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead welfare programs from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the Trust&rsquo;s mission and grant guidelines.</li><li>Develop and track KPIs to monitor program performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Oversee compliance with non-profit regulations, including PCP certification, Punjab Charity Commission, and statutory registrations.</li><li>Manage documentation, coordination, and communication with regulators, associated institutions, and internal teams.</li><li>Apply monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and prepare reports for management.</li><li>Ensure programs adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational values.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field</li><li>6+ years of experience in program/welfare management, preferably in social development initiatives.</li><li>Strong skills in M&amp;E, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Age Limit:<ul><li>Upto 35 Years</li></ul>Location: 5th Floor, INDUS Hospital Plot # 779 - 802, Block-B, Jubilee Town LahoreTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to hr@nst.org.pk.
