Specifically, we need to hire for positions in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, and Automotive Engineering. These roles need to be filled quickly.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand job descriptions thoroughly</li><li>Create effective Boolean search strings</li><li>Source candidates through LinkedIn</li><li>Post jobs on multiple job boards</li><li>Screen candidate r&eacute;sum&eacute;s and conduct phone screenings</li><li>Maintain proper follow-ups with candidates for updates and future opportunities</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must hold a technical degree</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing for engineering positions</li><li>Must reside in Noida</li><li>Comfortable working onsite</li><li>Comfortable with night shifts</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
