We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action.</li><li>Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance on employee benefits, compensation, and payroll issues.</li><li>Complete payroll.</li><li>Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and process all necessary paperwork.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Three years paid experience in Human Resources</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar</li><li>Proficient skill in the use of computer and typing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Philadelphia, PA 19144: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
