The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a good sense of design, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design engaging graphics and visuals for digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, banners, emailers, and ads.</li><li>Create product visualizations, mood boards, and layout designs as per brand guidelines.</li><li>Use AI-based image generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL&middot;E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) to generate unique creative assets.</li><li>Adapt creatives quickly based on feedback and campaign objectives.</li><li>Stay updated with AI tools (other than ChatGPT &amp; Gemini) that can assist with graphic workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team for visual storytelling.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in graphic designing.</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).</li><li>Experience with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Firefly, or others.</li><li>Exposure to AI tools for automation or design assistance (e.g., Canva AI, Remove.bg, Runway ML, Looka, etc.).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail and a good eye for design trends.</li></ul>Important Note:Please do not apply if you are expecting a higher salary or plan to negotiate &ndash; our budget for this role is strictly fixed between &#8377;25,000 to &#8377;30,000 (in-hand). Job SummaryRIMS India is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive (Minimum 2 Years Experience Required) to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory handling, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse management, ERP, staff supervision, and operational reporting.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management<ul><li>Oversee daily stock control and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.</li><li>Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials as per company SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability.</li></ul>2. Operations Management<ul><li>Handle and update ERP systems for all warehouse transactions.</li><li>Manage daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients for timely movement of goods.</li><li>Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce delays.</li></ul>3. Staff Supervision<ul><li>Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff and helpers.</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.</li><li>Ensure discipline, productivity, and smooth teamwork.</li></ul>4. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement and monitor safety, health, and hygiene standards inside the warehouse.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.</li></ul>5. Warehouse Layout &amp; Space Utilization<ul><li>Develop efficient warehouse layout planning.</li><li>Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials.</li><li>Maximize storage capacity and maintain easy accessibility.</li></ul>6.
