Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler</li><li>
Observe tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance</li><li>
Develops templates or tooling and other work aids to hold and align parts.</li><li>
Determines required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.</li><li>
Examining finished products and spare parts and comparing them with samples to check whether the specifications are met.</li><li>
Inspects grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using measuring instruments</li><li>
welding metal, such as fusing metal segments, laser hand welding, using gas tungsten arc, metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, and other types of welding arcs</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ years of experience in TIG, MIG, and Tack-weld (hand laser welding preferred)</li><li>
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team</li><li>
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission</li><li>
Ability to weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.</li><li>
Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day</li><li>
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>

We are currently seeking a<b> 1st shift</b> <b>Quality Inspector</b> to join our growing location in<b> Roseville</b><b>, MN</b>. The QA Inspector is a point of contact for employees who have questions regarding non-conformity parts, material, and tool calibration.</p><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Perform all 1st piece inspections as required</li><li>
Support and follow all Quality processes</li><li>
Comply with ISO &amp; quality system requirements</li><li>
Perform all In-Coming and in-process inspections as directed</li><li>
Assist production &amp; less experienced inspectors with IP inspections</li><li>
Track defect data and participate in corrective actions</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to use Height Gages and standard bench measuring equipment</li><li>
Knowledge of GD&amp;T</li><li>
Knowledge of Inspections and quality control methods</li><li>
3 Years of Quality Inspection experience required.</li><li>
AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred</li><li>
Preferred certificates, License or Registration in ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, and Lean/Six Sigma</li></ul><p></p><div><i><br>
