Position Summary</b><br>
</div><div>
Forefront Field is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented <b>Clubhouse Manager</b> to oversee daily clubhouse operations for both the <b>Lake Erie Crushers</b> and <b>Lorain County Leviathan FC</b>. This role is critical in ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for players, coaches, and staff across both organizations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sports environment and takes pride in operational excellence and team support.<br>

Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div><b>
Clubhouse Operations</b><br>
</div>
Manage day-to-day operations of the clubhouse at Forefront Field for both teams<br>
<ul><li>
</li>
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of locker rooms, training areas, and storage spaces<br>
<li>
</li>
Coordinate locker room setup for games, practices, and special events<br>
<li>
</li>
Oversee laundry operations, including uniforms, practice gear, and towels<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>
Team Support &amp; Coordination</b><br>
</div>
Serve as primary clubhouse liaison between team staff, coaches, and front office<br>
<ul><li>
</li>
Assist with equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and ordering<br>
<li>
</li>
Ensure timely preparation for home games, practices, and visiting teams<br>
<li>
</li>
Support player needs while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality<br>
<li>

Inventory &amp; Equipment Management</b><br>
</div>
Track, store, and organize team equipment and apparel<br>
<ul><li>
</li>
Work with team operations staff on uniform issuance and returns<br>
<li>
</li>
Monitor supplies and submit purchase requests as needed<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>
Game Day &amp; Event Responsibilities</b><br>
</div>
Prepare clubhouses for home games and visiting teams<br>
<ul><li>
</li>
Be present on game days to address clubhouse needs and troubleshoot issues<br>
<li>
</li>
Assist with post-game breakdown and reset<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>
Facility Standards &amp; Compliance</b><br>
</div>
Uphold league, team, and facility standards at all times<br>
<ul><li>
</li>
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of clubhouse facilities<br>
<li>
</li>
Report maintenance or facility issues promptly<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications</b><br>
</div>
Previous experience in sports operations, clubhouse management, equipment management, or facility operations preferred<br>

</li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills<br>
<li>
</li>
Ability to multitask and work independently<br>
<li>
</li>
Comfortable working long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by game schedules<br>
<li>
</li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br>

</li>
Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)<br>
<li>
</li>
Passion for sports and team-oriented environments<br>
