The Role
You&rsquo;ll support the Marketing Manager functionally by managing updates, executing social media content, and keeping the brand active, accurate, and professional. This is hands-on production work, not strategy theater. 
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing<ul>
<li>
Publishing and scheduling social media posts across core platforms</li>
<li>Supporting campaigns for boat rentals, events, promotions, and hiring</li>
<li>Ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation</li>
<li>Coordinating with operations and management for timely content</li>
Tracking basic performance metrics (engagement, clicks, inquiries) 
<li>
</li>
</ul>Required Experience<ul>
<li>
Social media execution experience (posting, scheduling, formatting, captions)
</li><li>Strong written communication and visual judgment</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and hit deadlines</li>
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and adjusting quickly 
<li>
</li>
</ul>Nice to Have<ul>
<li>
Basic photo or short-form video editing</li>
<li>Familiarity with scheduling or analytics tools</li>
Local or hospitality / tourism marketing exposure 
<li>
</li>
