About the Role:</b></div></div><div><div>
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering principles, a passion for clean code, and experience working in agile environments. This role involves full-cycle software development, including design, implementation, testing, and support for both new and existing products. <b>This a full-time, hybrid work opportunity.
</b></div></div><div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div><b>
Software Development &amp; Engineering</b></div><ul><li><div>
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following industry best practices and proven software engineering principles.</div></li><li><div>
Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, code refactoring, and the Single Responsibility Principle.</div></li><li><div>
Develop software primarily using C#/.NET in Visual Studio, with occasional use of VB.NET, Java, or Python.</div></li><li><div>
Create intuitive and consistent user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for desktop (Windows Forms/WPF) and mobile (.NET MAUI) applications.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Agile &amp; DevOps Practices</b></div><ul><li><div>
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize Git for version control and adhere to prescribed branching strategies.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Testing &amp; Quality Assurance</b></div><ul><li><div>
Perform software verification and validation, including unit testing and QA testing.</div></li><li><div>
Leverage AI technologies to enhance development speed and code quality.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Embedded Systems &amp; Hardware Integration (as applicable)</b></div><ul><li><div>
May develop firmware using C/C++ for embedded hardware in collaboration with electrical engineers.</div></li><li><div>
May interface with measurement hardware (e.g., voltmeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators) to test and debug firmware and hardware.</div></li><li><div>
Incorporate design for manufacturability principles and contribute to product documentation.</div></li></ul></li></ul><div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering or applicable engineering/science curriculum or 4 years&rsquo; experience in engineering development.
</div></li><li><div>0-2+ years of work experience in product design and development.</div></li><li><div>
Proven experience in software development using C#/.NET and Visual Studio.</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git).</div></li><li><div>
Experience with embedded systems and hardware testing is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
