Key Responsibilities: 
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls with professionalism
 
Provide information and route inquiries appropriately
 
Support scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
 
Maintain consistent front desk coverage during scheduled hours
 
Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and efficient
 
What We’re Looking For: 
Strong communication and organizational skills
 
Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
 
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office systems
 
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
