RN Position Summary
As a RN at Lake Wales Wellness &amp; Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.</li><li>
Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments.</li><li>
Observe residents&rsquo; conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.</li><li>
Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.</li><li>
Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.</li></ul> 
RN Requirements<ul><li>
Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Florida</li><li>
Current CPR/BLS Certification</li></ul>

LPN Position Summary
As a LPN at Lake Wales Wellness &amp; Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.</li><li>
Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.</li><li>
Assess resident&rsquo;s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.</li><li>
Initiate, review, and update care plans.</li><li>
Report any changes in a resident&rsquo;s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.</li><li>
Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.</li></ul> 
LPN Requirements<ul><li>
