Oral Surgeon &ndash; Full Time or Part TimeOur office is growing quickly, and we&rsquo;re excited to welcome an Oral Surgeon to join our dynamic general dentistry practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of highly skilled dentists and dental professionals, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to provide patient-centered, comprehensive care.We also house a full-service, on-site lab staffed by Certified Dental Technicians who custom fabricate each restorative case from start to finish&mdash;working hand-in-hand with both the dentist and the patient for exceptional outcomes.Office Hours: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 a.m.&ndash;3:00 p.m. (Flexible scheduling available for part-time or full-time work.)Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Consult with patients, review diagnostic data, and establish treatment goals.</li><li>Collaborate with restorative dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Perform complex surgical procedures with a focus on full-arch and full-mouth reconstruction, including implant placements and All-on-X cases.</li><li>Provide in-office sedation services</li><li>Experience with zygomatic implants, sinus lifts, and oral pathology is highly valued.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Licensed to practice as an Oral Surgeon.</li><li>Exceptional precision, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.</li><li>Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; PerksIn addition to joining a passionate, talented team, you&rsquo;ll enjoy a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:<ul><li>Production-based annual pay range of $500k&ndash;$700k</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Medical benefits</li><li>401(k) plan</li><li>PTO &amp; paid holidays</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to take the next step in your career, we&rsquo;d love to connect and share more about this opportunity.
