About the Team
The Hospital Pharmacy team is a collaborative group dedicated to supporting safe, timely, and effective medication use across inpatient and outpatient care. Team members work closely with pharmacists and clinical staff to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care.
Mission for Position
The mission of the Hospital Pharmacy Technician is to support safe, accurate, and timely medication delivery by ensuring excellence in preparation, inventory management, and collaboration, contributing to high-quality patient care and reliable pharmacy operations.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Prepare, compound, and distribute medications accurately and safely under pharmacist supervision.</li><li>
Perform sterile compounding, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and parenteral nutrition.</li><li>
Ensure timely medication delivery, including urgent (stat) requests, to support patient care.</li><li>
Maintain accurate medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, and removing expired items.</li><li>
Enter and manage prescription and medication data within pharmacy systems.</li><li>
Support regulatory compliance through proper documentation, inspections, and quality checks.</li><li>
Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and care teams to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces and equipment.</li></ul>
Position Type
The is a full-time position working 64 hours a pay period (0.8FTE). Shifts are between 6:30am and 5:00pm. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
Qualifications<ul><li>
Registered, or eligible to be registered, as a pharmacy technician by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate
<ul><li>Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, including sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous drugs.</li><li>
Proficiency in math calculations as related to pharmacy.</li><li>
Basic computer skills for windows-based programs, including Word and Excel.</li><li>
Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.</li><li>
Basic telephone skills.</li></ul>

Our Environmental Services Team is all about offering the best high-quality care in housekeeping to all of our customers. Our goal is to be warm, friendly, and helpful to all that are in need of our services.
</div><div>Mission for Position
</div><div>As an Environmental Services Aide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our Main Campus. Your contribution to maintaining high-quality housekeeping will directly impact the well-being of everyone who enters our facilities.
</div><div>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</div><div>
Responsible for routinely cleaning of hospital floor rooms, labor &amp; delivery rooms, nurses station, public and staff restrooms, lobby and other areas as assigned for this location to health care standards following the seven - step cleaning process. Environmental Services Aides are responsible for dusting, vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors, wall cleaning, emptying trash, inside window cleaning, restocking supplies, learning about Infectious and Hazardous waste removal, storage and clean up. It's an important job with real impact!</div><div>
Position Type
This is a full-time position, working 80 hours/pay period, located at our Main Campus from 3:00pm - 11:30pm. Some weekends and holidays are required.</div>

Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Clean driving record</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate
<ul><li>Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills</li><li>

Must be able to work independently</li><li>
Ability to lift and move moderate weight up to 35 lbs. daily
