Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate ideas into impactful designs across digital and print platforms. You should have a strong portfolio, solid understanding of design principles, and experience collaborating with marketing, product, or content teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, email newsletters, and more.</li><li>Design print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, and event graphics.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and developers to align design work with brand and business goals.</li><li>Work within brand guidelines to create visuals that reinforce a company&rsquo;s brand and message.</li><li>Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.</li><li>Edit and retouch images as needed.</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.</li><li>Excellent sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Bonus):<ul><li>Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.</li><li>Animation and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Experience designing for e-commerce or mobile apps.</li><li>Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Creative and collaborative work environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li><li>Flexible work hours or hybrid options</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;19,524.99 - &#8377;25,300.57 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
