Job PurposeTo assist in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance work for clients of the firm, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial and statutory services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping</li><li>Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients.</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliation statements, ledgers, and journal entries.</li><li>Handle accounts payable/receivable management for clients.</li><li>Taxation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns.</li><li>Assist in advance tax computation and tax planning.</li><li>Maintain compliance records as per statutory requirements.</li><li>Audit Assistance</li><li>Support statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit assignments.</li><li>Collect and verify client documents and records for audit.</li><li>Draft working papers and schedules for auditors.</li><li>Financial Reporting</li><li>Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&amp;L, Cash Flow).</li><li>Support preparation of MIS and client-specific reports.</li><li>Client Interaction</li><li>Coordinate with clients for data collection and query resolution.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and follow-up for compliance deadlines.</li><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in accounting/taxation/audit (Freshers with strong basics can also apply).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.</li><li>Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
