Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Accounting Tasks:<ul><li>Record and process day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.</li><li>Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.</li></ul>2. Tax Compliance:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.</li><li>Ensure accurate calculation of taxes and timely submission of payments.</li></ul>3. Financial Records Management:<ul><li>Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.</li><li>Ensure all invoices, receipts, and vouchers are properly documented and filed.</li></ul>4. Support in Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Help in the preparation of budgets and expense tracking.</li></ul>5. Auditing Support:<ul><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.</li></ul>6. Excel Work:<ul><li>Use MS Excel for data entry, creating reports, and analyzing financial data.</li><li>Work with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis tools.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP and basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.</li><li>Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other basic tax regulations in India.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Prior internship or work experience in accounting.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Training and development opportunities to enhance your accounting skills.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
