We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with at least 6 months of experience in the US-based healthcare system. As part of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for managing claims follow-up, payment posting, denial analysis, and resolution&mdash;ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from payers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work AR follow-up for insurance claims (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)</li><li>Identify and resolve denied or underpaid claims</li><li>Perform payer calling to determine claim status and resolve issues</li><li>Process appeals and re-submissions as needed</li><li>Post payments and adjustments accurately</li><li>Document actions taken in billing system</li><li>Meet daily and weekly productivity targets</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months of experience in AR or RCM processes within the US healthcare system</li><li>Strong understanding of insurance guidelines, EOBs, and denial management</li><li>Experience with billing software</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US time zone)</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in multi-specialty medical billing</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA compliance</li><li>Prior experience with US-based clients or BPO settings</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
