The T/A Services Graphic Designer Sr is responsible for making our billboard and digital advertisements SHINE.

The Transit &amp; Airport Senior Graphic Designer position creates highly customized, high-concept sales pitch renderings, presentations, national and local proposal responses, training materials, and revenue-generating designs for the Transit and Airport Division, all while upholding Lamar&rsquo;s design quality standards. This position also provides special project design support, including high-profile new product, inventory, and market RFP launches. This position will regularly interface with and provide project management updates to the Creative Director of Transit &amp; Airport Services, Local and National Account Sales Teams, Marketing, and Transit and Airport Management.

What we are looking for in YOU:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and 
applications, such as Adobe Creative and Google Suites.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable on printing procedures, photography, photo editing and restoration, illustration and verbal and written communication standards and upholds procedures and standards.</li>
<li>Ability to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.</li>
<li>Requires high-level executive communication and interaction skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to assess and provide appropriate design response according requests based on time turnaround at design standard.</li>
<li>Ability to rank priorities and alter workflow to complete projects on short notice.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate the ability to find solutions to complex problems.</li>
<li>Requires specialized knowledge of methods and techniques of graphic design and layout.</li>
<li>Knowledge of major social media outlets.</li>
<li>Understanding of media innovation concepts.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>

Education and experience:

Required: 

8-10 years of related work experience.

Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Above-mentioned work experience, preferably in the outdoor advertising industry.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Fields applicable: Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, and Business. Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li> 
</ul>

A day in the life:
<ul>
<li>Serve as project manager and lead designer on assigned Transit &amp; Airport (T&amp;A) sales and marketing initiatives, as directed by the T&amp;A Creative Director. Lead projects from initial intake through final delivery by consulting with internal stakeholders to assess sales support needs, providing strategic design recommendations, establishing timelines, managing workflow, and proactively communicating status updates. Exercise independent judgment and moderate decision-making authority to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Restore and enhance sales presentations and market renderings for use in sales, marketing, and acquisition efforts.</li>
<li>In support of the National Sales Team, coordinate RFP proposal artwork, collaborate with requesting stakeholders, and provide consistent deadline and status updates to ensure timely submission.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver high-level design support for Transit and Airport sales and marketing materials, including sales presentations, custom-branded media kits, ad hoc sales slides, renderings, email communications, social media assets, training materials, and new airport or market launch materials, ensuring on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Partner with the National Sales Team and local market contributors to develop cohesive graphic design responses for multi-market Transit and Airport proposals.</li>
<li>Create conceptual artwork aligned with client brand standards for national, regional, and local sales initiatives, and respond to Transit and Airport design requests with timely, high-quality deliverables.</li>
<li>Maintain expertise in advanced design, photo restoration, and video/motion software, while monitoring industry and advertising trends to deliver premium, forward-thinking creative solutions.</li>
<li>Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Creative Director 
and T&amp;A Leadership.</li>

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
