As a Spa Therapist / Receptionist, you are responsible for providing a full range of Massage and beauty therapy treatments, ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout each treatment, and performing retail sales to all members and guests. Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value &ndash; Do the Right thing, Show We Care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work Better Together.Your day-to-dayPerforming different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapiesMaintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guestCommunicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as requiredResolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisorCleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each useExplaining massages, treatments, and therapist to guest and providing suitable recommendations as neededEnsuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisorEnquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa servicesSuggest and promote retail products or additional servicesSupport with daily reception dutiesWhat We Need From You :Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for :Similar experience in a luxury hotelExperience in effective learning and development methodsAbility to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environmentStrong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken EnglishAdditional language is an added advantageStrong organizational skillsResult-oriented and self-motivated, along with a positive attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,150.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
