Job Description Summary 
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the office of the Chief Human Resources Officer. This role manages complex, confidential, and time-sensitive responsibilities requiring sound judgment, professionalism, and strong organizational skills. 
 
The position serves as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of executive priorities, communications, and operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, conscientiousness, anticipates needs and is curious.
Job Description
Executive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>
Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing conflicting demands, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.</li><li>
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.</li><li>
Prepare, review, and process expense reports, invoices, and related administrative documentation.</li><li>
Maintain and organize confidential files, correspondence, and executive records.</li><li>
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and key initiatives with limited direction.</li><li>
Anticipate executive needs and establish or improve administrative processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>
Meeting &amp; Event Coordination<ul><li>
Plan and execute human resources meetings, human resources leadership sessions, and human resources town halls.</li><li>
Manage CHRO meeting logistics including agendas, materials, room setup, and vendor coordination.</li></ul>
Communication &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Create, proofread, and distribute executive communications and presentations for a variety of audiences.</li><li>
Draft, edit, and refine correspondence, reports, and messaging on behalf of the CHRO.</li><li>
Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and team.</li></ul>
Office &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>
Ensure efficient and professional daily operation of the executive office.</li><li>
Support document retention processes and organizational systems.</li><li>
Provide administrative and operational support to senior HR team.</li><li>
Manage departmental budgets and related tracking activities.</li></ul>
Basic &amp; Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
High school; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred from four-year college or university experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
5+ years related experience providing administrative support in a large, corporate environment, preferably at the executive level</li><li>
Ability to learn Human Resources software applications, such as Workday.</li><li>
Human Resources experience desired.</li><li>
Advanced level of Microsoft office platforms and capabilities of using and/or learning various other software products</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential issues with the utmost discretion</li><li>
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner with people at all levels (internally and externally)</li></ul>

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate's work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below. 
Pay Rate or Range: $69,500.00 - $104,240.00
