Job Description Summary 
This role is responsible for completing various centralized HR processes and administrative activities. It acts as a HR data subject matter expert and is responsible for daily system audits, compliance, and system of record expertise. The Specialist will work to resolve HR requests of higher complexity using established procedures with accurate responses within the allotted timeframe. 
 
The scope of work shall also include policy and program administration, such as I-9 compliance/verification, Tuition Reimbursement administration, background reviews, and cases requiring domain expertise with tactical and practical experience on high severity cases resulting in the de-escalation and proper case management. This role will assist the HR HUB Associate Specialists (Tier 1) in the effective discharge of their job responsibilities as well as taking ownership of developing and maintaining a Knowledge Management repository of case studies and their solutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Description
The work location for this role is in the general Kennewick, WA area because while primarily working remotely, there is requirement to work onsite one day per week.<ul><li>
Works with appropriate resources to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.</li><li>
Creates and maintains desktop instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and other documentation in the Case Management system.</li><li>
Participates in systems modifications and upgrades, identifies requirement changes, end-user testing, training and implementation related to area of subject matter expertise.</li><li>
Identifies and correct erroneous data and processes and proactively strive for continuous improvement and process optimization across HR HUB to reduce or minimize data errors.</li><li>
Provides support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.</li><li>
Maintains the HR systems and Applications including data inputs, outputs, processes, security, and delegation of data maintenance.</li><li>
Leads and partners with the business to map HR processes, cleans data, and recommends solutions for continued process improvement.</li><li>
Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HR System Landscape.</li><li>
Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.</li><li>
Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.</li><li>
Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.</li><li>
Acts as Project Coordinator for company Acquisitions/Merger/Divestiture activity.</li><li>
Assists in maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HR system of record and other human resources computer applications and systems.</li><li>
Reviews basic analytics to provide feedback to HUB Process Innovation/HRIS for system enhancements.</li><li>
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with Data Privacy &amp; Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.</li></ul>
Basic &amp; Preferred Qualifications
Education/Certification<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Accounting, Finance, Statistics, preferred.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum three years of experience in HR data administration; HR operations; and/or HR Shared Services, required.</li><li>
HR management systems, experience in Workday, preferred.</li><li>
Human Resources support or shared services model experience, preferred.</li><li>

Under the direction of the team leader, the palletizer operator is responsible to operate, monitor and adjust the palletizing equipment in a manner consistent with production needs and quality standards.
Job Description

Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs.

Monitors line-flow rates:
a. Regular checks for proper feed of cases through palletizers for maximum efficiency.
b. Regular checks for proper feed of pallets through wrapper and manifest.
Orders material (stretch wrap film) from storage as needed.
Monitors palletizer:
a. Checks cases for Q.A. standards.
b. Adjusts palletizer for different stack patterns.
c. Supplies with slip sheets.
d. Supplies stretch-wrap with film.
e. Insure proper force to load for optimum stretch wrap performance.
f. Maintains supply of pallets. (Must be able to operate hyster.)
g. Reworks bad cases sent to the hand palletizing station.
Monitors line sanitation:
a. Keeps floors clean of debris.
b. Insures all of packaging is clean and food safe. 
 
Ensures proper container sizing.
Records packaging machinery efficiencies, downtime and fills out reports accurately and correctly.
Responsible for insuring complete package quality of product taking regular checks of seals, codes etc.. 
 
Troubleshoots equipment operation:
a. Able to identify mechanical and electrical equipment problems and take action by
notifying proper personnel.
b. Operates equipment with minimum waste. 
 
Rework product in an expeditious manner reusing fiber when appropriate.
Gives other employees breaks as directed by the supervisor.
Instructs packaging laborers, general laborers and temporary employees where and how to work to insure efficient operation of the palletizing area as directed by the supervisor.
Must be able to count and identify product and coordinate ticketing accurately. 
 
Operates terminal keyboard for tickets printed:
a) inbound/outbound bulk
b) inbound dry storage materials
c) waste product
Prepares and monitors paperwork for the following:
a) bay transfers
b) rework
c) blending
d) waste reports
e) bulk reports
f) end of shift reports
g) drivers' logs 
 
Coordinates with lab personnel for proper dispositioning of held product.
Frequently communicates with supervisors, leads, driver, tote room attendants, etc.
Follow detailed instructions.
Collects all necessary paperwork at end of shift and submits to warehouse for filing.
Learn or have knowledge of lot #'s, catalog #'s, cut style, blending requirements and impacts.
Ensures proper ticketing and coding of all product.
Must be able to set priorities with minimal supervision.
Gives breaks to fellow workers as directed by the supervisor.
Will assist as needed in normal packaging duties such as rework and cleanup.
May be required to work in cold temperatures for short periods of time.
Capable of meeting functions of package laborer.
Trains other potential palletizers.
