Job Description: Process Coordinator (HR &amp; Admin)Company: Lamba HyundaiReports to: Director / OwnerLocation: New DelhiRole Objective - The Process Coordinator (PC) is responsible for ensuring 100% operational discipline at Lamba Hyundai. You will be the &quot;eyes and ears&quot; of the management, ensuring that every department (Sales, Service, Admin) follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meets Hyundai&rsquo;s premium brand standards.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Process Auditing &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Conduct daily &quot;Floor Audits&quot; to ensure showroom and service center readiness (cleanliness, branding, staff grooming).</li><li>Perform weekly audits of the CRM and DMS to ensure no lead is left unaddressed and all Test Drives are logged with valid documents.</li><li>Monitor and report any deviations from the 6-Point Walkaround or Customer Greeting SOPs.</li></ul>2. Human Resources (HR)<ul><li>Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Sales Consultants, Technicians, and Hostesses.</li><li>Onboarding: Ensure every new hire undergoes a formal induction and has the necessary tools (DMS access, Email, Uniform) on Day 1.</li><li>Training: Track and ensure 100% completion of Hyundai HPI (STAR Rewards) modules for all staff.</li><li>Attendance: Manage biometric records and handle any disciplinary issues or &quot;Show Cause&quot; notices.</li></ul>3. General Administration<ul><li>Vendor Management: Oversee AMCs for dealership facilities (ACs, Lifts, IT systems).</li><li>Petty Cash: Supervise and verify daily petty cash expenses and ensure timely reconciliation.</li><li>Inventory: Support the Stock Controller in monthly physical audits of vehicle and accessory stock.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead the Daily Morning Huddles to align the team on the day&rsquo;s targets and &quot;Run Rate.&quot;</li><li>Provide a weekly &quot;Process Health Report&quot; to the Director highlighting compliance scores and staffing gaps.</li></ul>________________________________________Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: Fresher will also work (We need the candidate for Internship)</li><li>Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in HR or Operations is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (for reporting)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
