What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of high-value commercial agreements including customer contracts, data center service provider agreements, partner and reseller agreements, distributor arrangements, and marketing partnerships.</li><li>
Partner with the AGC to own and manage enterprise deal negotiations.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to enable deals while ensuring appropriate legal risk management.</li><li>
Advise on contract structure and associated risks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.</li><li>
Use legal technology and automation tools to streamline contracting processes, compliance tracking, and knowledge management.</li><li>
Identify and own improvements to the team&rsquo;s operations, templates, and playbooks.</li><li>
Operate independently and provide practical, decisive guidance to our business teams that balances business objectives with legal risk.</li></ul>
You<ul><li>
J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar.</li><li>
6-10+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in-house (ideally in the technology, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS sector).</li><li>
Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions on the buy-side and sell-side.</li><li>
Growth mindset, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple concurrent projects and tasks to completion within the required time frame.</li><li>
Interest in growing your impact and responsibilities over time.</li><li>
Team mentality with the flexibility to address unique issues in real-time and the awareness to know when to bring in others.</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>
Experience in infrastructure-as-a-service industry</li><li>
Familiarity with privacy, data security, and/or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) is strongly preferred.</li></ul>
Salary Range Information
The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
