Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Social Media Management</b></h4><ul><li>
Own and manage LambdaTest&rsquo;s social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.</li><li>
Plan, execute, and schedule platform-specific content aligned with brand and business goals.</li><li>
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and brand tone.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Content Creation</b></h4><ul><li>
Ideate and produce engaging content &mdash; copy, reels, short videos, carousels, and threads.</li><li>
Collaborate with design and product teams to highlight product updates, launches, culture stories, and thought leadership.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Influencer &amp; Community Engagement</b></h4><ul><li>
Work closely with influencers, community advocates, and developer groups to expand brand reach.</li><li>
Drive conversations within the testing/dev community &mdash; comments, reposts, replies, and discussions.</li><li>
Participate in relevant online forums and communities to amplify organic brand visibility.</li></ul><div></div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Analytics &amp; Insights</b></h4><ul><li>
Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy.</li><li>
Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights, wins, and opportunities.</li><li>

What You Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of social media management experience in SaaS, tech, or developer-centric brands.</li><li>
Strong understanding of B2B and B2D audience behavior and social media dynamics.</li><li>
Proven ability to create thumb-stopping content (reels, videos, copy, carousels).</li><li>
Experience working with influencers and creators.</li><li>
Demonstrated track record of community engagement and building organic presence.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native insights.</li><li>
