Vetrano, Jr., LLC.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from initial client intake to trial preparation and post-trial activities.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research using various resources to support case strategies and arguments.</li><li>Organize and manage case documents, including indexing, coding, and preparing trial exhibits.</li><li>Draft and edit legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information, maintain communication, and provide updates on case progress.</li><li>Schedule and arrange meetings, depositions, and court appearances, while ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared.</li><li>Assist in preparing witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial testimony.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, both in physical and electronic formats.</li><li>Handle administrative tasks, including billing, timekeeping, and maintaining the firm's case management system.</li><li>Stay current with legal trends, rules, and regulations affecting the litigation process.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program.</li><li>5 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal handling all aspects of divorce and family law cases including, but not limited to pleadings, legal research, client and/or witness preparation and interviews, legal drafting of correspondence, subpoenas, orders, discovery, motions, and scheduling and maintaining attorney calendars.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.</li><li>Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Professionalism and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Merit based bonuses and incentives</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance plans.</li><li>Life and accident insurance policies</li><li>Retirement savings plan (401k) with competitive company match.</li><li>HRA/HSA</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Vacation package</li><li>Professional development opportunities.</li><li>Opportunity for advancement.</li><li>Supportive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>And more&hellip;</li></ul>Application: If you are a dedicated and proactive litigation paralegal looking to join a thriving legal practice, we invite you to apply.
