About the RoleLamppost Digital is looking for a Video Editor &amp; Graphic Designer who can create engaging social media creatives and short-form videos. This role suits someone who enjoys visual storytelling, design layouts, and experimenting with creative tools.You will work closely with content and web teams and gradually build strong creative systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design social media creatives, posters, and carousels</li><li>Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts, promos)</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across designs</li><li>Use templates and improve speed and quality over time</li><li>Support web-related design assets when needed</li></ul>Skills &amp; Traits We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Good visual sense (layout, typography, spacing)</li><li>Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools</li><li>Interest in learning templates, motion, and AI-assisted tools</li><li>Speed, consistency, and openness to feedback</li><li>Ability to manage multiple creatives with deadlines</li></ul>Tools (Any of these is fine)<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro</li><li>Canva, After Effects (added advantage)</li></ul>Who Should Apply<ul><li>Freshers with strong design/video interest</li><li>Candidates with a basic portfolio or sample work</li><li>Creators who want to grow into advanced multimedia roles</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
