 🎯 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 As our Office Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the operational heartbeat of our Dubai office and a key connector with our other offices and touring crew. You&rsquo;ll support our production team, liaise with venues and government entities, and help coordinate the logistics that make our shows spectacular.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, scheduling, administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison with venues: negotiate contracts, secure bookings, coordinate logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate regularly with government offices for permits, approvals, and other formalities
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with producers and technical leads to ensure flawless execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office budgets and expenses, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and production scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain office systems and procedures for maximum efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend meetings across different time zones and regions
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel as needed to support productions and office coordination
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking someone who&rsquo;s not just organized&mdash;but obsessed with detail, driven by excellence, and passionate about live entertainment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role (event production experience preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with venues, vendors, and government entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in
 
 Arabic and English
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the UAE&rsquo;s PR hiring process (not mandatory, but a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel and work across time zones when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the event industry and venue operations is a plus
 </li>
