Millwright &ndash; Industrial Construction &amp; Grain Systems $27+/hour DOE | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity with One CompanyWe are seeking an experienced, hardworking Millwright to join our industrial construction team. This is not a traveling contractor role bouncing between employers &mdash; this is a full-time opportunity with one established company working on grain elevators, bulk material handling systems, and industrial equipment projects.If you have strong mechanical aptitude, welding and fabrication experience, and enjoy hands-on industrial work, we want to hear from you.Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble grain handling and bulk material equipment</li><li>Work with conveyors, spouting, transitions, structural components, and related systems</li><li>Perform basic arc/stick welding and fabrication work</li><li>Read layouts, measurements, and construction plans</li><li>Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment</li><li>Assist with crane and industrial construction activities</li><li>Maintain organized job sites, trailers, and materials</li><li>Complete material tracking and required job paperwork</li><li>Work closely with crew members, foremen, and customers on active project sites</li><li>Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures including lockout/tagout, fall protection, and confined space requirements</li></ul>Physical &amp; Work Environment RequirementsThis is a physically demanding industrial construction position. Candidates must be comfortable:<ul><li>Working at heights ranging from 20 to 200 feet</li><li>Lifting and carrying 50&ndash;75 pounds on a regular basis</li><li>Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and large structures</li><li>Working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, dust, and noise</li><li>Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, twisting, climbing, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday</li><li>Working around moving machinery, equipment, and vehicles</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of millwright, industrial construction, mechanical, or related experience preferred</li><li>Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred</li><li>OSHA 10 certification required</li><li>OSHA 30 certification preferred</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans and general layouts</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and safe work habits</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Dependable, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and grow</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Travel<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Some travel to project sites required</li><li>Crews may be away from home for 5-day increments, with occasional extended project schedules</li><li>Weekend work may be required based on project demands</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Starting at $27/hour or more depending on experience</li><li>Stable, long-term employment opportunity</li><li>Opportunity for advancement and skill development</li><li>Safety-focused team environment</li></ul>If you take pride in quality work, value safety, and want to build a long-term career with a strong industrial construction team, we encourage you to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
