<div>Part-Time Production Operator / Administrative Support Associate
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift &amp; Working Hours: This is a part-time role on our 1st Shift, 9:00AM to 2:00PM Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O&rsquo;Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products in addition of providing occasional administrative support when needed. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate nutritional products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life. 
Production &amp; Operations<ul><li>
Perform front-line production activities, including operating machinery and equipment and packaging finished products</li><li>
Comply with all safety processes and actively promote safe work practices for self and others</li><li>
Follow all quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures throughout the production process</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with plant standards</li><li>
Collaborate with Leads and Management to complete daily production goals and work assignments</li><li>
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>
Show up on time, meet production deadlines, and consistently demonstrate reliability</li></ul>
Administrative &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>
Complete production-related documentation accurately and on time (e.g., logs, checklists, reports, and batch records)</li><li>
Perform basic data entry and maintain electronic and paper files related to production, safety, quality, or inventory</li><li>
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication between production, maintenance, and leadership teams</li><li>
Support inventory tracking, supply ordering, and recordkeeping as assigned</li><li>
Answer basic inquiries, route questions to appropriate team members, and support day-to-day administrative needs of the department</li><li>
Utilize basic computer systems to support production reporting, training documentation, and operational tracking</li></ul>
Required Experience and Skills<ul><li>
Must be 18 years or older</li><li>
1 year or more of work experience in any industry</li><li>
Basic computer skills (data entry, email, and simple systems navigation) and basic math skills</li><li>
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English</li><li>
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve, and troubleshoot issues</li><li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills with a professional and respectful approach</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and balance hands-on production work with administrative responsibilities</li></ul>
Preferred Experience<ul><li>
1+ year of manufacturing or production work experience</li><li>
Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or coordinator role</li><li>
Machine operation and/or forklift experience</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, and climbing</li><li>
Ability to perform job duties while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)</li><li>
Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments that may include hot and/or cold conditions, as well as areas with dust and chemicals</li></ul>
