<div><div>Land of Learning in Sycamore, is a licensed childcare center seeking Assistant Teachers to support our Toddler classroom!</div><div></div> 
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time 8:30AM-5:30PM
Compensation: $17 - $18/hour, based on education and experience

</li></ul><div></div><div>Main Job Responsibilities:
</div><ul><li>Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed. This includes covering staff members&rsquo; breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.
</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
</li><li>Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher.
</li><li>Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.</li></ul>
