The ideal candidate should be multilingual, passionate about real estate, and able to connect with clients across diverse backgrounds.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle sales and leasing inquiries professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close deals.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and negotiations with landlords and tenants.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of Ajman&rsquo;s property market, trends, and regulations.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for listings, portals, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in promotional and marketing activities, including social media campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Excellent communication in Arabic, English, and Hindi.</li><li>Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Content creation or social media marketing skills will be an added advantage.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive commission structure and performance incentives.</li><li>Professional training and growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive team environment with modern CRM and marketing tools.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within one of Dubai&rsquo;s trusted real estate brands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,000.00 per month
