 . In this role, you&rsquo;ll play a key part in improving and sustaining manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

  What You'll Do:

   Plan, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Carry out efficiency-enhancing activities (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify and analyze bottlenecks in production and propose effective solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Optimize machine, equipment, and production line layouts for efficiency
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001, VDA 6.3)
  </li>
  <li>
   Actively participate in new product introduction processes (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Organize prototype and trial production activities
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze production data to support continuous improvement efforts
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide technical assistance to operators and maintenance teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  </li>

   Define technical specifications for new equipment investments
  </li>

   Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations

  What We're Looking For:

   Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and process improvement

What will your day/week look like with us:</p><br>

<li><p>Manage warehouse &amp; logistics operations effectively, systematically, and safely to ensure uninterrupted production and shipment processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain stock accuracy at a near 100% level and guarantee material flow in line with FIFO/FEFO principles.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Ensure on-time and accurate shipments to enhance customer satisfaction.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure full compliance with occupational health &amp; safety standards.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Keep team motivation and performance high to continuously improve efficiency.</p>

<li><p>Regularly monitor stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc., to secure the achievement of targets.</p>

<li><p>Managing inbound, storage, picking, shipment, and return processes.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring of warehouse staff.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Conducting regular stock counts and inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy.</p>

<li><p>Recording all warehouse transactions accurately and on time in ERP/SAP systems.</p>

<li><p>Ensuring warehouse order, 5S practices, and occupational health &amp; safety inspections.</p>

<li><p>Securing on-time shipments with correct quantities and complete documentation.</p>

<li><p>Monitoring and reporting warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc.).</p>

What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:</p><br>

<li><p>Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related departments.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (experience with the WM module is a plus).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in team management and leadership.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.</p>
</li>
<li><p>English proficiency is an advantage.</p><br>
