Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management</li>
<li>Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales</li>
<li>Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.</li>
<li>Work with each salesperson &amp; manager to work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established.</li>
<li>Create a positive sales culture for the team &amp; create a &ldquo;team&rdquo; atmosphere focusing on employee retention.</li>
<li>Conduct Sales meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.</li>
<li>Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.</li>
<li>Play an active role in the community</li>

<div>Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales department at our Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership in Morrow, GA. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a proven track record in commercial fleet sales and team leadership within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage the daily operations of the commercial sales department
</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and fleet customers
</li>
<li>Oversee prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up processes
</li>
<li>Collaborate with local businesses and municipalities to grow the dealership&rsquo;s commercial client base
</li>
<li>Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed commercial vehicle sales targets
</li>
<li>Train, coach, and motivate the commercial sales team
</li>
<li>Ensure proper inventory mix and coordinate with the manufacturer for commercial vehicle orders
</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram commercial products and upfitting options
</li>
<li>Accurately manage pricing, incentives, and financing options specific to commercial clients
</li>
<li>Participate in local networking events and community outreach to expand the dealership&rsquo;s presence in the commercial market
</li>
</ul>Requirements
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a commercial or fleet sales management role
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of commercial vehicle applications, configurations, and upfitting
</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain relationships with business customers and vendors
</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
</li>
<li>Knowledge of FCA/Stellantis commercial programs is strongly preferred
</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record
</li>
</ul>Education and/or Experience
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
</li>
<li>Prior experience in a Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram or similar brand environment is a plus
</li>
