We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Property consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and driving the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets.</li><li>Manage, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.</li><li>Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.</li><li>Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and networking.</li><li>Oversee property listings, client interactions, and transaction processes.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with real estate laws, policies, and regulations.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Any degree in business or related fields</li><li>2 years of expirience in sales (preffered)</li><li>Strong leadership,organizational, and communication skill required</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem solving skill</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Basic salary + attractive incentive</li><li>Commission pay and bonus</li><li>Career growth and development</li><li>Travel allowance (if applicable)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
