Job DescriptionManaging Retail Operations Compliance<ul><li>Timely evaluation of stores to ensure discipline and adherence to operational standards & compliance towards:</li><li>Inventory Management (SVI) including FOC’s & Testers</li><li>Backstore management</li><li>Delivery Compliance (GIT, IST, WH, Damages, Trading / Non-Trading)</li><li>Product merchandising & display standards (hard / soft tags)</li><li>Store IT assets (asset tracker management)</li><li>CCTV compliance, Security checks process (people, customer, trash, etc.)</li><li>Customer Service, Health & Safety, Complaints Mngt.</li><li>Loyalty Program, Returns, Refunds & Exchange. C&C, SCO</li><li>Financial documents, Safe & Key Mngt, Staff lockers & checks</li><li>Timely completion and action plan on SLAP</li></ul>Inventory Management<ul><li>Ensure calendar plans are timely signed off to conduct schedule physical inventory counts</li><li>Compliance to Stock Count process with follow-up action plans for improvement</li><li>Compliance checks on documents of records (stock count reports)</li></ul>Financial Accuracy<ul><li>Verify sales data, review financial records, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.</li><li>Compliance checks on Safe & Keys, Cash & Non-cash mngt, Foreign Currency Mngt, GV’s, Manual Bill Books, employee Passports, Trade Licence, Commercial License, Work Permits</li><li>Till / Float management compliance, Petty Cash management compliance</li><li>Returns & Refunds compliance.</li></ul>Security & Safety<ul><li>Assess in-store security measures & safety protocols</li><li>Regulatory compliance to prevent loss and fraud</li><li>Compliance checks on Health & Safety, Fire Warden, First Aiders & Food Safety champion readiness</li><li>Compliance checks on CCTV, EAS, Footfall Counters, Sensors, Safe Exits.</li></ul>People Metrics<ul><li>Staff awareness on GSOP, HR Policies, Safety Compliance</li><li>Employee Passport & EID management</li><li>User login ID credentials compliance (cash / ops)</li><li>Goals / KPI’s management</li><li>Compliance to FZE guidelines</li></ul>
