<div><ul><li><div>Perform landscaping maintenance on properties</div>

</div><div><ul><li><div>Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Communicate with the client about property needs</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Assist in job scheduling &amp; timekeeping for crew</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><div><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></div>
</div>
<div><ul><li><div>Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>At least 1 year relevant experience</div>
</li></ul>
</div><div><ul><li><div>English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus</div>
</li></ul>
